You can always contact us or text us at (647) 684-5577 to place your order or arrange a delivery.
Large orders and special requests – Please place your order by Friday at 10:00 AM to secure delivery for the following week.
No minimum order required.
Delivery Fees – Orders placed at least one day in advance qualify for a flat $10 delivery fee during business hours across the GTA.
Delivery Arrangements – We will confirm the delivery time with you in advance to ensure someone is home to receive the order.
Changes & Cancellations – You may make changes or cancel your order up to 24 hours before delivery.
Freshness & Responsibility – Natura ensures proper storage and transport of all products. Once delivered, customers are responsible for handling the products safely.
