Natura offers an online delivery service that brings sustainable, local products straight to your doorstep.
Order Deadline – Please place your orders by Friday at 10:00 AM to secure delivery for the following week. There is no minimum order.
Delivery Fees – A flat rate of $10 applies during business hours.
Delivery Schedule – Each area has at least one delivery day per week:
- Monday – North York & East York
- Tuesday – Richmond Hill & Thornhill
- Wednesday – Aurora & Newmarket
- Thursday – Etobicoke & Mississauga
- Friday – Downtown Toronto
If you need delivery on a different day, don’t worry – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request as soon as possible.
Delivery Arrangements – We will confirm the delivery time with you in advance to ensure someone is home to receive the order.
Changes & Cancellations – You may make changes or cancel your order up to 24 hours before delivery.
Freshness & Responsibility – Natura ensures proper storage and transport of all products. Once delivered, customers are responsible for handling the products safely.
