Natura Refund Policy 

At Natura, we care about your experience and want you to feel confident shopping with us. While we work hard to ensure everything arrives fresh and in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. 

Online Store Orders 

If something isn’t right with your order, please give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll happily issue a credit to your original payment method for any defective item or any item that has passed its best-before date. 

Please note – at this time, we are not able to accept returns for items purchased online. 

In-Store Purchases 

To process a return or exchange in-store, please bring your receipt with you – we’re unable to accept returns without it. 

  • Unopened items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 7 days 

Final Sale Items 

For food safety and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  • Perishable items (meat, dairy, poultry, produce) 
  • Special orders 
  • Reduced or clearance items 

Refund Method 

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for your purchase.
